1. Service description
random-assistant.com is a drafts-only AI assistant for executives and operators. The assistant prepares work and stages it for your review. It never sends, deletes, or acts on third-party services autonomously. Every outbound action waits for your explicit per-action approval. This behaviour is described in detail on the Trust ladder.
2. User obligations
- Do not put illegal content through the assistant, including content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or breaches export controls.
- Do not attempt to extract third-party secrets or credentials through the assistant.
- Follow the terms of service of each integration you connect (Gmail, HubSpot, etc.).
- Keep your account credentials secure.
3. Pricing and billing
Published tiers are on the pricing page. Cancel any time. Charges already incurred for the current period are not refunded except as described in §6.
4. Trust ladder as binding behaviour
The three tiers stated on the Trust ladder are a contractual commitment, not a marketing claim:
- Autonomous. The assistant performs only the autonomous actions listed there.
- Drafts only after your approval. Every outbound action staged, none sent without per-action approval.
- Never. The actions in the Never list are hard-stopped in code. No setting unlocks them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" with no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Termination and refunds
You may cancel at any time from inside the product. If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid plan, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated for unused months only on Enterprise contracts.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you put through the assistant in violation of §2.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved by the courts competent for Brno, Czech Republic.
9. Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced by email to your account address at least 30 days before they take effect.
