Follow-ups come with a draft
When the next step on a promise is a message, Random drafts it, on the same thread when it came from an email. When a reply you are waiting on has been quiet for 72 hours, it drafts a short nudge. Approve it on Decisions and Random saves it as a draft in your mailbox; you send it.
Improvement
Decisions grouped by source
Decisions groups what is waiting for you by where it came from, and shows what you just approved or declined.
Improvement
Live words while you dictate
In Chat and Notes your words appear in grey while you speak. When you stop, the final text takes their place.
Improvement
Longer documents in chat
Attach a document in chat and the assistant reads far more of it: about three pages at once, and longer files on request.
Feature
Two-step sign-in
Protect your account with a code from an authenticator app when you sign in.
Feature
Chat fills in more for you
Ask chat for a task, a follow-up, a note or a new person, and you get a filled form to check, as with meetings. Nothing is saved until you press Create.
Feature
Plans and a 7-day trial
One plan: EUR 99 a month, or EUR 990 a year, which is two months free, final price, no VAT charged. Start with a 7-day free trial.
Improvement
Workflows become Automations
The page that holds your workflows and the built-in automations is now called Automations. Web research is off by default, and you switch it on in Automations.
Feature
Signatures, rebuilt
A new Signatures list and request page, plus a send flow where you set the signing order and can cancel a request. Signing itself is never automated.
Feature
Tasks on your calendar
Tasks with a time now show on the Calendar grid. Drag one to reschedule it, with Undo.
Improvement
Dictation everywhere you write
Dictate into any record composer. Your words are tidied up after you speak, and recording stops on its own when you pause.
Feature
Chat fills in the meeting for you
Ask for a meeting in chat and you get a pre-filled New event form to check, not a round of follow-up questions. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
Improvement
Repeating events
Edit or cancel one event in a series, or the whole series. Adding a guest keeps the guests already there.
Improvement
Getting started, guides and help
Getting started in the sidebar walks you through connecting your email and the page tours. Every Learn guide has pictures, and Help has Contact us and Troubleshoot.
Improvement
Real logos, and where answers come from

Settings, Connectors shows what the assistant learns from each connected source, with a switch for each.

Meetings, live from your calendar
Meetings now fills itself from your calendar, so prep lines up with the real schedule. Triage also reads who you are and how you work, to sort and draft more like you would.
Improvement
Read email on a contact's page
Emails on a person's page open in a wide reader, like the inbox, with working links.
Improvement
Long CRM lists load in pages
People load page by page with Load more, and a dropped connector shows on the list with a retry instead of failing quietly.
Reliability
Data Room, hardened
Your documents sit on durable storage in the EU with a guard that fails loudly, so an upload cannot quietly go missing. Nothing about how you use it changes.
Feature
Send to sign, end to end
Prepare a document, add the signers, and send it for e-signature without leaving the assistant. Signing itself is never automated, and the document is stored in the EU.
Feature
Decisions, and cleaner emails
Everything waiting for your approval collects on one Decisions page. The emails Random Assistant sends you got a plainer design, in English or German.
Feature
Random Brain remembers by meaning
Recall works by meaning, so the assistant finds the right memory even when you do not use the exact words. Drafts and briefs open already knowing the history.
Improvement
Know when a connection drops
You see the moment a connected mailbox or calendar disconnects, with a Reconnect button. Manage several inboxes from one All inboxes bar and disconnect one without touching the others.
Improvement
Spreadsheet and PDF previews
Spreadsheets preview as a grid with correct numbers, and PDFs preview in the app.
Feature
Document templates, with a builder
Generate documents from your own templates, and build new ones with a live preview.
Feature
Search the whole desk, test your workflows
