For consumers

Consumer information

Effective: 19 October 2026

What you need to know before you buy Random Assistant for yourself, as a consumer: who we are, what you get, what it costs, how to cancel, and your right to withdraw within 14 days. The contract terms are in our Terms of Service; Section 22 there covers consumers.

1. Who we are

2. What the service is

3. Price

EUR 99 per month, or EUR 990 per year (EUR 82.50 per month). These are final prices; no VAT is charged. If VAT ever applies to our service, we tell you at least 30 days before the first invoice that includes it.

4. Payment, trial and renewal

5. How the contract is concluded

  1. On the plan card choose monthly or yearly and who the customer is.
  2. On Stripe’s checkout page enter your card and billing details; you can correct every entry there until you press the order button.
  3. Pressing the order button concludes the contract.

The contract can be concluded in English or German. We store the contract (the Terms in the version you accepted, your plan and price) and email it to you after checkout; the current Terms are always at /legal/terms. We have not signed up to any code of conduct.

6. Term and cancellation

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Random Solutions s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, +420 773 873 272, support@random-assistant.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online in Random Assistant (app.random-assistant.com) under Settings > Plan & billing, with the button “Withdraw from contract here” (shown if you chose “Me, personally” at checkout). If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

8. Model withdrawal form

(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

(*) Delete as appropriate.

9. Withdrawal in practice

The contract is concluded on the day you start the free trial at checkout. During the 14 days, the button “Withdraw from contract here” is in Settings > Plan & billing if you chose “Me, personally” at checkout. If you chose your company there and you are a consumer, withdraw by email or with the model form in Section 8.

10. Conformity and updates

11. Complaints

If something does not work as agreed, write to support@random-assistant.com. We confirm your complaint in writing, with the date, its content and the remedy you ask for, and we resolve it within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days.

12. Dispute resolution

The body for out-of-court consumer disputes is Česká obchodní inspekce (Czech Trade Inspection Authority), www.coi.cz. The EU online dispute resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025.

13. Law and courts

Czech law applies to the contract. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. You can sue us in the courts of that country or of the Czech Republic; we can sue you only in the courts of your country.
