Questions
Where is my data?
Database and files are stored in the EU (Germany and Finland), sensitive fields and Data Room files are encrypted with a separate key per workspace, and AI requests go to EU data centres. Your data is not used to train AI models. Every provider and its location is in our sub-processor register.
Does Random Assistant send meeting follow-ups?
No. It never sends from your mailbox. It lists your follow-ups, what you promised in sent mail and replies you are still waiting for, and drafts the next message for your OK when the next step is a message. Approve it and Random saves it as a draft in your mailbox; you send it.
Do I need a separate e-signature tool?
No. Send a PDF for e-signature from the Data Room after your approval, and follow its status on the Signatures page.
What does it cost?
EUR 99 a month or EUR 990 a year, final price, no VAT charged, after a 7-day free trial. AI use is included under fair use; there are no credits to buy and no top-ups.
