Billing, invoices and cancelling

Payments run through Stripe. You manage everything under Settings → Plan & billing, and you can cancel at any time.

Paying

When the trial starts, you confirm who the customer is, then enter your payment and billing details on Stripe's checkout page. A VAT ID is optional. You are billed in EUR. We never see your full card number.

Changing your plan or card

Under Settings → Plan & billing, press Manage subscription. It opens the billing portal, where you update your payment method or change plan. Only the workspace owner can manage billing.

Invoices

Invoices are issued in EUR by Random Solutions s.r.o., Czech Republic. If you need an invoice resent or corrected, write to hello@random-assistant.com.

Cancelling

Cancel in the billing portal, through Manage subscription. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Once a subscription has ended, Random's scheduled AI work pauses. Reading, browsing and exporting your data keep working, and nothing is deleted. To delete your data, see Export and deletion.
