random-assistant

Quick start

Setup takes about ten minutes. Nothing is sent at any point, and you can stop and come back later.

Random only drafts. Every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you send it yourself.

Create your workspace

  1. Create your workspace

At app.random-assistant.com, choose Create an account. Enter your name and email, choose a password of at least 12 characters, and fill in anything else the form asks for, such as your company and country. Then press Create account.

  2. Confirm your email

We send a link from hello@random-assistant.com. It is valid for 24 hours. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or press Resend email.

  3. Wait for your invite, if asked

During the beta we open a set number of accounts each day, in signup order. If you see Your account is waiting for approval, there is nothing more to do. We email you with the subject “You're in” when your account is open.

Set up Random

  1. Choose your language and voice

Pick English or Deutsch, then the kind of work you do. That sets the starting voice for your drafts. You can change both later in Settings.

  2. Connect your mailbox

Choose Google, Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365, or another email account over IMAP. IMAP connects mail only, without a calendar. Before you connect, the app shows what Random will read. You can also choose Not now and connect later under Connections.

Your first day

  1. Look around

Once a mailbox is connected, Random sorts new mail and drafts replies where one is needed. Open Follow-ups and Chat to see what it has prepared.

  2. Start your trial

After Random's first answer and a look around the app, or at the latest 24 hours after setup, the app asks for a card to start the 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged that day, and we email you 3 days before the first charge. Then EUR 99 a month or EUR 990 a year, final price, no VAT charged. Cancel any time; during the trial it costs nothing.

    7 days free

Your first brief is ready the next morning.
