Who we are

Random Assistant is made by Random Solutions s.r.o., a company of two founders in Brno, Czech Republic. We build one product, for European businesses whose work runs through email.

The company

Random Solutions s.r.o. is registered in the Czech Republic and based in Brno. Two founders build and run Random Assistant: the product, the infrastructure and the support. When you write to us, one of us reads it.

How we build

• EU first. Your database and files are stored in the EU, in Germany and Finland. AI requests go to EU data centres. More in Your data and the EU.
• Drafts, not sends. Random never sends an email from your mailbox. Replies wait in your own Drafts folder, and you send them. More in Approvals.
• Kept apart. Sensitive fields and Data Room files are encrypted with a separate key for each workspace. More in Encryption.
• No training. Your data is not used to train AI models.
