Kickscale

If your team analyses its meetings and calls in Kickscale, connect it and the recap of each analysed call appears on Meetings. Random has no recorder of its own and never joins a call.

What it receives

Kickscale sends each analysed meeting or call to a webhook address unique to your workspace, signed with your own Kickscale secret. Random checks the signature, then uses the call for the recap and for follow-ups. It keeps the transcript, encrypted, so you can read it on Meetings.

Random never calls Kickscale and writes nothing to it.

Connect and disconnect

  1. Copy the webhook address

The workspace owner opens Connections, chooses Kickscale and copies the address shown.

  2. Add it in Kickscale

In Kickscale, open Settings, Integrations, API & Webhooks, Manage Webhooks, and add the address. Turn on Meeting analyzed and Call analyzed, then save. This needs a Kickscale plan with API and webhooks.

  3. Paste the secret back

Kickscale shows a webhook secret once. Paste it into Random to finish.

View webhook details on the card shows the address again. To stop, the owner presses Disconnect on the card and remove the webhook in Kickscale.

Where your data is

Kickscale is in the EU (Austria). Your call data there stays under your own contract with Kickscale. What Random keeps is stored in the EU. See the sub-processor register.
