Random Brain

Random Brain is what Random remembers about your people, your companies and how you work. You can see every fact, correct it, or make Random forget it.

How it works

1. Random learns

   From your chats, your brief, meeting recaps and, if you allow it, your mail, it keeps the facts worth keeping.

2. You see it

   Random Brain lists the facts by category: People, Companies and how you work, with recent additions and the sources each fact came from.

3. You correct it

   Correct a fact or Forget it. Forgetting can be undone right after; the fact is erased for good after 7 days.

Teach it

Write something for Random to keep, such as a preferred meeting time, and press Remember. In Chat, a message that starts with "Remember that" works too.

Settings has a separate Working context about you, your company and your work day It does not sync with Random Brain.

What it does not do

It remembers nothing from a Private inbox, and your data is not used to train AI models. You can export or delete everything; see Export, retention and deletion.
