Pipeline

Pipeline shows your deals by stage, on a board or in a table, with a weighted total.

How it works

1. Deals come in

   Add one with New deal, or switch Pipeline to your connected CRM to see its deals.

2. You move them

   Drag a deal to the next stage. In Random's own CRM the move saves at once; in a connected CRM it waits for your approval on a card.

3. You see the total

   Each stage can carry a win probability, and Pipeline shows the weighted value of your open deals.

Stages

• Add a stage with New stage, and rename, hide or delete one. A stage that still has deals in it cannot be deleted.
• Win probability takes a whole number from 0 to 100. A stage without one counts as 0.
• Track days sets how long a deal should sit in a stage; deals that stay longer are marked.

Tips

• Switch between Board and Table at the top of the page.
• Add the Pipeline block to your Daily brief.
• When a move card is open, type a note to change the move before you approve it.

What it does not do

It does not move deals on its own, and it never writes to a connected CRM without your OK.
