Projects

Projects gives each piece of work its own page, with its tasks, mail, meetings, notes, documents and follow-ups together.

How it works

  1. Add a project

Press New project and set its stage, owner, client and dates.

  2. Choose a view

Table, Board or Timeline, by weeks or months. Drag a project on the timeline to change its dates.

  3. Open it

The project page shows its tasks first, then mail, meetings, notes, documents, follow-ups and a timeline of what happened.

Stages and next actions

  • Create, rename, hide or delete stages, as in Pipeline.
  • Set a Next action so the table shows what comes next on each project.
  • Add tasks to a project from Tasks or in one sentence with Say it once.

What it does not do

Random does not change your projects on its own. The dates of a project that comes from a connected tool stay there; you cannot edit them here.
