Meeting prep and recaps
Before each external meeting, Random writes a short prep from your mail, calendar and CRM. If your team uses Kickscale, recaps from your own Kickscale land here too.
How it works
- Random looks ahead
Each day it finds your external meetings in the next 24 hours.
Reads - It writes the prep
Talking points, Open loops, Since last time and Related contacts. For a first meeting it says that nothing is known yet and suggests openers.
Prepares - You open it
On the event in Calendar, or under Meetings, Prep packets. Press Generate prep for any other meeting.

Recaps from Kickscale
Random has no recorder or meeting bot of its own. If you use Kickscale, the workspace owner can connect it under Connections. Once Kickscale has analysed a meeting, its transcript arrives here and Random adds a summary, decisions and action items. Add action items to your Follow-ups with one press. See Kickscale.

What it does not do
It does not join, record or transcribe your calls. Internal meetings get no automatic prep; press Generate prep when you want one.
