Sub-processors
A sub-processor is a company that handles data for us so Random can run. The binding list, with each one's purpose and location, is our sub-processor register.
What the register shows
For each service: its name, what it does for Random, where it processes data, and the status of our data processing agreement with it. This page explains the register; it does not replace it.
Two kinds of entries
| Kind | What it means |
|---|---|
| Ours | Services we choose and contract: hosting, the mail connection, AI, web search, payments, account emails, website delivery, error monitoring and analytics. Most are in the EU, and the register names each exception. |
| Yours | Tools you connect, such as Google, Microsoft, HubSpot or Kickscale. Your data there stays under your own contract with that provider. |
