RecruitCRM

Connect RecruitCRM and you can ask Random about your candidates, jobs and hiring pipeline. Anything it creates in RecruitCRM waits for your OK.

What it reads

On your instruction: candidates, jobs, hiring deals and pipeline stages, plus the companies and contacts in your RecruitCRM. You can use it next to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio.

What it may write

Only when you ask, and only after you approve the card:

• A new candidate.
• A new deal.
• A new task.

If you ask for many at once, each record gets its own card, so nothing lands that you have not seen.

Connect and disconnect

1. Create an API key

   In RecruitCRM, create an API key for your account.

2. Paste it into Random

   The workspace owner opens Connections, chooses RecruitCRM and pastes the key.

To replace the key, use Update API key on the card. To stop, the owner presses Disconnect. Your records stay in RecruitCRM.

Where your data is

Your RecruitCRM data stays with RecruitCRM, in the US or elsewhere depending on your account, under your own contract with RecruitCRM. What Random keeps is stored in the EU. See the sub-processor register.
