A person on our team reads every message. Write from the app or by email, whichever is quicker for you.

From the app

Press Help in the top bar. The Help panel explains each page and has two ways to reach us:

• Contact us opens a new email to hello@random-assistant.com in your mail app. The address is shown next to it, so you can copy it.
• Troubleshoot with Random starts a chat message for you to finish and send. Random tries to solve the problem with you, and if it cannot, it drafts a message to us that you send yourself.

By email

Write to hello@random-assistant.com about anything to do with Random Assistant. Random Solutions s.r.o., Brno, Czech Republic.

What to include

• The email address you sign in with
• The page you were on and what you did
• What you expected, and what happened instead, with the exact error text if there is one
• A screenshot helps, but crop out names, email content and other people's data first
